“Really happy with my experience with Philip Car Consignment! I viewed the car on 15 August and managed to get my car on 28 August. Shirley was really helpful throughout the whole process. We discussed and negotiated the price, and she always kept me updated on the progress. The process was generally smooth, although the loan approval took quite some time. I told Shirley that I needed the car by 31 August because I was going for a holiday, and she delivered as promised.. I actually got the car on 28 August! 👍 They also gave me a RM500 tinted voucher, free car service from Perodua and a free car wash which was a nice bonus. Overall, very happy with the service and definitely recommend Philip Car Consignment. Special thanks to Shirley for making the whole process easy and hassle-free! 😊”
“Had a really smooth and easy experience putting my car on consignment with this team. Shawn was very helpful throughout the whole process and made everything simple and stress-free. When my 7-seater was sold, the payment process was handled smoothly by Phillip as well. Very professional and efficient service from start to finish. If you’re planning to sell your car and don’t want dealers pressing down your price too much, give them a try. Good job guys 👍”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! I had a great experience selling my car through Philip Car Consignment. After trying to sell it myself for about a month, I decided to consign it with them and they managed to find a cash buyer and sell the car within just one week plus. The whole process was smooth, fast and hassle-free. Communication was good, and they handled everything professionally from advertising to the final ownership transfer and payment. Very satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again in the future! 👍”
“Found the listing on Mudah, and immediately contacted Shirley for dealing. Since the start, we are greeted and treated with so much kindness & dedication. Shirley is very good at what she does, always try her best to meet customer's needs. So thankful for her & team. As for the car, it is as what was advertised & we are more than satisfied. Thank you Shirley & Philip Car Consignment team🥰”
“First of all, I’m really disappointed with this company because of the foreign agent handling my case. I couldn’t accept the way he followed up on my issue. Not only that, he suddenly disappeared and became unreachable. After two days, luckily another agent named Shirley contacted me and continued following up on my case. I’m very glad because she handled my case closely and provided solutions throughout the process. She was very helpful, friendly, and prompt in resolving every issue I raised regarding the car. Thank you for your excellent service, Shirley.”
