Shawn kept me updated throughout the process, and there were no hidden charges or unexpected issues. Fortunately, the boss was there that day, and after everything was completed, the payment was transferred to my bank account within about 30 minutes. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professionally handled. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy car consignment service.

Found the dealer through Carlist. Searched a lot of other places for my model of choice. Contacted the owner of the shop and dealed with him. A very nice and calm guy. Explained to me in detail of all the things and also managed to give discount on the overall price with some free gift as well for my purchase. He connected me to Shirley, the sales person who handled my purchase. A very sweet and helpful person. Handled my purchase in a very professional and swift manner. Within one week got my car delivered. The process was very easy as well to change the ownership, done right at their shop without the need to go to JPJ. Overall, a great experience purchasing with them!

Really happy with my experience with Philip Car Consignment! I viewed the car on 15 August and managed to get my car on 28 August. Shirley was really helpful throughout the whole process. We discussed and negotiated the price, and she always kept me updated on the progress. The process was generally smooth, although the loan approval took quite some time. I told Shirley that I needed the car by 31 August because I was going for a holiday, and she delivered as promised.. I actually got the car on 28 August! 👍 They also gave me a RM500 tinted voucher, free car service from Perodua and a free car wash which was a nice bonus. Overall, very happy with the service and definitely recommend Philip Car Consignment. Special thanks to Shirley for making the whole process easy and hassle-free! 😊

First of all, I’m really disappointed with this company because of the foreign agent handling my case. I couldn’t accept the way he followed up on my issue. Not only that, he suddenly disappeared and became unreachable. After two days, luckily another agent named Shirley contacted me and continued following up on my case. I’m very glad because she handled my case closely and provided solutions throughout the process. She was very helpful, friendly, and prompt in resolving every issue I raised regarding the car.
